Description:	"PART MAN. PART MACHINE.TOTAL WEAPON." This is a set of 8 original color slides from the 1996 sci-fi action thriller film - "SOLO" - starring Mario Van Peebles. A color slide is a color transparency, mounted usually between cardboard for projection onto a screen or today, downloaded to a computer. Movie studios would sometimes send sets of color slides either by themselves or in a press kit to members of the press prior to the release of the film. The slides usually contain scenes from the movie or even candids from the film set. It was another form of advertising done to promote the movie. These slides from "SOLO" all measure 2 x 2 inches and are in near mint condition. I have enlarged all of them so you can see what they look like (see attached scans). They have never been used and have been stored in a dry, smoke free home.

It is an original Half-Sheet poster that measures 22 x 28 inches in size. It is in VG condition. There are a couple small border tears that have been repaired on the reverse side with paper tape but the body of the poster is in great shape - especially for an item over 60 years old! The poster has been folded before but has been stored rolled for a while and I will ship it rolled. It has been stored in a dry, smoke-free home. It has the NSS number of 50/477 in the lower right hand. Nice item for CARY GRANT fans and collectors!
