It measures 8.5 x 14 inches in size and is in Near Mint condition. It has never been folded and as mentioned, THERE ARE NO CUTS. I have attached actual scans of some of the pages from the press book. It has been kept in a dry, smoke-free home. Nice item for JIM BROWN collectors!!
